This is a 1950s Silvertone 1344 combo amplifier - a single channel amp with onboard tremolo and treble and bass controls. It is in overall very good condition however is sold in as-is vintage shape as equipment of its age often needs service to keep running. It has been converted to a 3-prong plug.
