Taylor Builder's Edition 814ce Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric
Taylor Builder's Edition 814ce Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric
Introducing the 814ce Builder's Edition from Taylor! The 814ce has long been considered the quintessential Taylor guitar with its classic Sitka Spruce and Rosewood tonewood pairing along with Taylor's flagship Grand Auditorium body shape. The Builder's Edition takes the already incredible guitar to the next level with player-friendly appointments that make it one of the most comfortable and inspiring Taylors we've played yet. The top wood is Adirondack spruce instead of sitka, with the Indian rosewood back and sides finished in a nice Kona Burst color. The 814ce is the only Builder's Edition to feature a gloss finish, and it's all wrapped in maple/black top purfling with an edge trim made of rosewood. Your forearm sits easily on a beveled mahogany armrest. Hardware is a set of accurate Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold, and there's of course an onboard ES2 electronics system. Add the Builder's Edition 814ce to your Taylor collection today!
